RedRock Resurfacing’s CEO, Kevin Laramore, first learned the technical skills of surface refinishing as a RedRock Resurfacing franchisee during a time when the franchise was under different ownership. In July 2007, Kevin, acquired the RedRock Resurfacing franchise rights for Spokane, WA/Coeur D’Alene, ID, and, as a franchisee, perfected his technical skills and performed the same types of services that you will offer as our franchisee. Mr. Laramore developed strong relationships with local property owners and suppliers of coating materials and built a successful business.
In 2010, while a franchisee, Kevin acquired all of the trademarks rights and franchise contracts from the then franchisor and Mr. Laramore stepped into the new role as franchisor and owner of the RedRock Resurfacing franchise system and trademarks. At this time, there were two other RedRock Resurfacing franchisees then operating in the Portland Oregon/Vancouver Washington and Seattle Washington markets. A year later, in 2011, Mr. Laramore reincorporated as the Operating Affiliate, and in 2012, the Operating Affiliate entered into a mutual agreement with the other two RedRock Resurfacing franchisees where by the 2 RedRock Resurfacing Operating Affiliate repurchased their business and terminated their franchises. In 2013, Kevin sold the Spokane/Coeur D’Alene, ID RedRock Resurfacing operation. The Operating Affiliate continues to operate RedRock Resurfacing businesses in the Portland/Vancouver, Washington and Seattle, Washington markets today although it operates Portland/Vancouver out of its Auburn headquarters and does not maintain a physical place of business in the Portland/Vancouver area. The Seattle market activities provide us with field training for new franchisees and a testing ground for new programs. Since 2012, Mr. Laramore has concentrated on streamlining and improving the systems, procedures and competitive position of the RedRock Resurfacing marketing programs to prepare for the relaunch of the new RedRock Resurfacing franchise program described in the Disclosure Document.
Mr. Laramore brings the unique perspective of having been a RedRock Resurfacing franchisee before becoming the franchisor. He understands what it takes as a franchisee to build a successful local franchise business and has experience as a franchisor creating marketing solutions and competitive strategies to build the RedRock Resurfacing brand reputation. He knows firsthand the challenges that new RedRock Resurfacing franchisees will encounter in building a successful business for themselves.

While most all other resurfacing companies source their products from a handful or resurfacing suppliers and rebrand them, RedRock Resurfacing works directly with the manufacturer outside of the resurfacing industry. Through rigorous testing, RedRock Resurfacing and our coatings supplier formulated specific coatings to meet and then exceed our standards. RedRock Resurfacing’s specialized coatings being with the raw materials suppliers, making sure they can control their products and deliver reliable chemicals with will meet durability standards for finished coatings. The compounds are carefully calculated so that the product finish obtains the hardness and stain resistance that is needed for countertops, bathtubs, tile and fiberglass. Before every batch of final material is released it is put through a number of adhesion, impact, flexibility, hardness, humidity, salt spray, solvent resistance, cutting and cure time tests. - Not have filed bankruptcy within last seven years

- Managerial or customer service experience
- Skilled labor service is a bonus but not required

Through a macro level view of the RedRock daily life, the potential franchisee gains a better understanding of the requirements needed to be successful.Documents and Kick Off
Once the potential franchisee and RedRock Resurfacing have a chance to get to know each other to determine if it’s a good fit then the disclosure process starts. The applicant receives the financial requirements and disclosure documents, we schedule a time to sign and the training process begins.
